will you ever book another event on the same day as my wedding?
No! We believe in quality over quantity, therefore, we are a boutique style business and only book 2 events per month! We want to make sure you are our priority. We give you and our product all the attention it needs and deserves in order for it to become your most priceless and treasured gift.
do you have second shooters?
Yes, both professional photographers and videographers.
when will i receive my video?
On average; a 4-10 minute video will be delivered within 10 weeks following the event. An 11-20 minute video will be delivered within 12 weeks of the event.
can i buy the raw footage?
Yes! We offer raw footage on an external hard-drive for an additional $250, if you get a package that does not already include it. This is a great way to keep all unseen footage, including speeches, and to even change up your video in the future!
is the dvd/blu-ray free?
Yes! Your first DVD/Blue-Ray are free. Each additional disc is $25 (with taxes + shipping included).
when and how will i receive the videos?
Videos will be completed within 6-14 weeks of the event (depending on package purchased). Your choice of DVD, Blu-Ray, or flash-drive will be mailed to you.
do you offer services other than weddings?
Yes, many more! We do all sorts of events and occasions including; Trash the Dress, engagements, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, quinceaneras, newborn/children, family, and birth.
how many photographs will i receive?
Via electronic submission, you will receive approximately 40-45 high- resolution photographs per hour of shooting. For example, if we shoot for 4 hours, you will receive appx. 175 images.
When will I receive my photographs?
On average, photographs will be electronically transmitted to you within 4 weeks of the shoot/event.
how will i receive my photographs?
You will receive your photographs via an online gallery with a photo pass. This allows you unlimited downloads of the high-resolution files from your gallery for up to 60 days.
what languages do you speak?
English and Espanol.
what if i have specific requests?
Our goal is to tailor to your needs, that is why we are here. Want to record the entire ceremony? We will do it. We will cover what matters most to you! Please freely share your requests and ideas!
what do i do to reserve the date?
A 25% (of package purchased) non-refundable retainer fee is required, along with a signed contract to set your date with Lauren Maria Films.
Can you travel to the event?
Yes! We are happy to work and travel anywhere, as we do work internationally. We charge $3 per mile outside the Austin city limits. Please contact us if you have a location further than an hour drive away from Austin, TX.
what form of payment do you accept?
Cash, check, credit card, PayPal, and Venmo App. Keep in mind credit cards add an additional 3% transaction fee. All packages include tax in the price, so you pay one flat rate with no hidden fees! Venmo App is our most popular and preferred form of payment; no transaction fees and extremely simple to use.
when is full payment due?
2 weeks prior to the event date.
do you have a contract?
Yes, when you are ready to reserve your date, we will send you an information form (asking for special requests on paper) and a contract for you to look over and sign.
when should we meet?
As soon as you are ready! The sooner the better, we typically book out 9 months in advance. Fill out the Contact Us form and we will schedule a meeting, over coffee to get started!
