Will you ever book another event the same day as my event?

NO! We believe in quality over quantity, therefore, we are a boutique style business and only book 2 events a month! We want to make sure you are our priority and give you and your product all the attention it needs to become your most priceless and treasured gift.  

Do you have second shooters?

Yes, both professional photographers and videographers.

When will I receive my video?

on average:

4-10-minute video- within 10 weeks following the event.

11-20-minute video - within 12 weeks following the event.

Can I buy the raw footage?

Yes! We now offer to put your raw footage on an

external hard drive for $250 if you get a

package that does not already include it.  This is a great way to 

keep all the unseen footage, including all speeches, and even change up your

video in the future!

Is the DVD/Blu-Ray free?

Yes! Your first  DVD or Blu-Ray are free. 

Each additional customized disk is $25 with tax and shipping included.

When and how will I receive the videos?

The videos will be completed within 6-14 weeks of the event. Your choice of DVD, Blu-Ray, or flash drive will be mailed to you.

How many photographs will I receive?

You will receive, via electronic transmission, 40 to 45 high-resolution photographs per hour of shooting.  For example, if we shoot for four hours, you will receive approximately 175 photos.

When will I receive my photographs?

On average photos will be electronically transmitted to you within 4 weeks following the shoot/event.

How will I receive my photographs?

You will receive your photographs via online gallery with a photo pass.  This allows you unlimited downloads of the high-resolution files from your gallery for up to 60 days.

What languages do you speak?

English, EspaƱol

What if I have specific requests?

Our goal is to tailor to your needs, that's why we are here.  Want to record the entire ceremony? We will do it. We cover what is most important to you! 

What do I do to reserve the date?

A 25% non-refundable deposit fee of the package you would like, along with a signed contract is needed for your date to be reserved with Lauren Maria Films.  

Can you travel to the event?

Yes!  We are happy to work and travel anywhere as we do work internationally.  We do charge $3 per mile outside of Austin city limits.  Please contact us if you have a location more than a one hour drive from Austin, TX.  

What form of payment do you accept?

Cash, check, credit card, PayPal, and now the Venmo app!  Keep in mind credit cards take a 3% Transaction Fee.  

All packages include tax in the price so you pay one flat rate with no hidden fees!

Venmo is our most popular form of payment, with 90% of Bride's preferred method of payment, simply because there are no transaction fees.

When is the full payment due?

2 Weeks before the event date..  

Do you have a contract?

Yes, when you are ready to reserve your date, we will send you an information form (which just asks for your special requests on paper) and a contract for you to look over and sign.

When should we meet?

As soon as you are ready! The sooner the better, we typically book out 9 months in advance.
